Sales Advisor
Nochex is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to help compliment the sales team we have already. The role of a sales advisor includes completing the closure of a customer application for a merchant account with Nochex. The position will involve both inbound and outbound telephone work as well as communication through e-mail and other methods. We are not just looking for someone to sell, we are looking for a bright and hard working individual who has both high expectations of what they can do and achieve. In return, we will be offering a competitive salary with a realistic OTE that has been developed to reward results.
Whilst this is a sales position, you will have a passion for delivering service and quality as part of a team and on an individual basis. You will be encouraged to use your own ability and skills to ensure closure of a sale, and have the ability to resolve queries to the customers satisfaction.
Ideally you will have previous experience gained in a sales position and have an appetite to meet targets through provision of customer service excellence. Experience in the internet sales or business would be desirable but is not essential. Developer / I.T Support
Nochex is looking for an enthusiastic Developer / I.T. support person to create web based applications and provide support for online payment services & management information systems.
The role is ideally suited to new graduates as well as applicants with relevant experience or training. We are looking for the brightest people out there and are prepared to reward you with a competitive salary and an enjoyable working environment in modern offices close to Leeds City Centre.
You will be passionate about service and quality and be prepared to work independently or as part of a team. You will be involved with web development projects from inception to delivery as well as performing a variety of support tasks and documenting current systems.
Ideally you will have excellent written communication, interpersonal skills and at least 6 months development experience. Experience of the following would be advantageous: ASP.net, SQL server, banking or card processing systems and documentation creation.
