Nochex aims to deliver first class customer service to all our account holders. Yours is a wide ranging role involving responding to customers queries raised by email, phone and social media. Also outbound calls both welcoming new account holders and retaining existing clients. Relationship building with new and existing customers is a key element to the role.
Key Skills / Experience
You will be an experienced customer service executive. Previous experience within the financial / online payment industry or website integration would be an advantage but is not essential to this role. Key skill areas we are looking for are:
